Export of daily list as pdf file

The daily lists have also been reviewed. You now can check the box 'Lists of periods pdf' under 'Settings | Substitution Planning | Other' in order to export the daily list as a pdf file. When you also check the second box 'User defined file names' then you can manually enter a name for the pdf file at every export; if you don't, then the name of the substitution format will be used.
