Automatic supervisor: new possibilities

In the lessons window there is a very handy check box for couplings called 'Subst.: Automatic supervision'. This helps you to ensure that if one teacher is absent that the coupled teacher is automatically entered as supervisor. This was a problem when you had couplings with more than one teacher, because it was not possible to define, which teacher is the 'right' one. Untis 2017 now checks if one of the teachers coupled with the absent one also teaches this student group and if yes, he or she will be entered as supervisor.

If no student groups are used Untis will check if one of the coupling lines has the same room. If this also fails then the first teacher will be taken as supervisor.
