Assigning to schools

When the databases are set up the schools can start to create external resources. In the screen shot below a user of school 5931 is logged in and created teacher ShoMi as external element. School 5931 therefore is now the owner and can assign other schools the right to have access to this teacher' details. Teacher 'DUNHE', however, was created by school 5930 and thus can only be changed by this school. Therefore this line is greyed out and inactive.

In DUNHE's timetable both schools are shown at a time.

Which schools potentially have access to external resources is regulated by the database of external elements. Every school having access to this database can be selected from the list.
