If a beamer lamp is defect in a class room or if a PC needs to be replaced in the IT lab, it is beneficial to be able to report the damage instantly. The new WebUntis error ticket makes this possible. Right after reporting a problem, it is immediately visible to all colleagues. This prevents double reports and the person in charge is able to start the ticket process immediately.
