Limit bookings

Booking only possible after [n] days in advance

The booking formats (<Adminstration> | <Booking formats>) now have a new field 'Booking only possible after [days] in advance'.

The default setting is '0', which means that you can also book on the same day. If you enter, for instance, '1', bookings are only allowed for the next day.
