The building services staff now can autonomously take care of the ticket.

The person in charge can now add a statement and change the status.

If the status of a task is changed, the person who generated the ticket is informed.

If a task has been taken care of, it is deleted from the list, however you still can find it in the task list like any other task under <Book> | <Tasks>.
