Off-site: handling of lunch breaks

Optimisation assumes by default that off-site rooms can be reached in the transition period between morning and afternoon. This has been changed in response to many requests. In Untis 2018, this transition period is now a break like any other break. If this is not the case please enter '+' in the break between morning and afternoon in the time grid.
