Default Timetables Different Default Views for: Untis, Substitute Schedule, Minute-Timetable

In the Substitute Schedule (Minute-Timetable) module timetables should look different from the ones in Untis or Minute Timetable mode. Therefore special default views are created for Substitute Schedule (Minute-Timetable). Therefore it has no consequences for the Substitute Schedule (Minute-Timetable) if you change default timetables in Untis mode.
