Couplings to lesson-sequence Convert couplings to lesson-sequences

This function breaks each coupled lesson, which is marked with code (m), up into the individual 'simple' lessons and forms a simultaneous lesson-sequence with them.

This function is very useful for users, who used to use fixed couplings instead of bands and who now want to change to the (recommended) way of optimising students-timetables.
