Export TLR Creating the timetabling returns for Ireland

Here you can export Untis data according to the second level school timetable specification for the creation of timetabling returns (1999/2000, Version 1.0) for the department of education and science.

The output consists of 5 files (TH1: Header Record, T2: Teacher personal details, T3: Teacher class contact details, T4: Teacher Non-Class contact details, T5: Class period set-up details) and the two printed reports TL1 and TL3.

For details please refer to said specification.

Enter the name of the output folder for the data in the entry field or select the output folder using the <Search> button.

You start the export by pressing the <Export> button. You can choose whether you want to create the whole output (this is 5 files and two reports) or the files only or if you want to print report Tl1 or report Tl2 only.

Alternatively you can also have a look at the report Tl1 or Tl2 preview on the screen by using the <Preview TL1> or <Preview TL3> button.

If you want to output the 'Timetabling returns' data for transferring it to the department of education, press the <Export> button. All the data is now exported with the run number, displayed in the left upper corner of the window. Afterwards the run number is incremented by 1 to make sure that the run number is again unique for the next data transfer.

If you press the <Check> button, gp-Untis checks if the entry data is complete and meaningful. If errors are found, the 'TLR Diagnosis' window is opened and the errors that has been found are listed therein.
