Timetable - Subst. adjustment Adjust timetable scheduling and substitute scheduling

If the timetable and the substitutions are not scheduled by the same person and therefore it is worked with two gpn-files simultaneously, data adjustment might be necessary. Untis assists you in this by means of the substitution import function.

For this adjustment we recommend the following procedure:

1.        Creation of the new timetable (new.gpn) by the responsible person. Please note that a change of the timetable during the school year is only possible by using the 'Multi- weeks' module.

2.        Transfer of the new.gpn file to the person scheduling the substitutions.

3.        Import of the substitutions from the file old.gpn to the file new.gpn.

4.        From now on the substitutions can be scheduled using the file new.gpn.
