Simultaneous optimisation of departments

If the timetable of a school is generated for all departments at the same time (optimisation of all departments) then Untis MultiUser offers the possibility for heads of departments to make entries to one set of data simultaneously. The export and import of departmental data is therefore not required.

In addition, you can view the current use of resources shared by departments at any time (e.g. the loading statistics of rooms).

You can use the user rights system to regulate which user is allowed to work on which department. You can view this in the combo box in the Ribbon where only the respective departments are available (see also section "Departments at user level" in chapter Creating users).
