Cover planning

The availabilities of external elements are stored and displayed in the cover planning module, too.

As you can see in the figure below, the shared resource teacher Gauss has been scheduled in the school "MS2" for special duties on Wednesday, 19 September in periods 7 and 8. He is thus not available for "MS1", which is displayed accordingly in the timetable.

The time of period 8 in "MS2" coincides with periods 7 and 8 in "MS1". Please note that teacher Gauss is not available for "MS1" for scheduling in the afternoon on Wednesday, 5 September, however on the Wednesday of the following week, i.e. on 12 September he is available.
