Affiliation with departments

Since all departments are collected in one set of data, it must clearly be defined which lesson belongs to which department. This is specified in the master data of the classes.

If several classes are coupled in one lesson then the class which was entered first in the coupling defines the affiliation with the department. The "Department" column in the lessons window shows which department the lesson belongs to.

A teacher can be assigned to several departments so that he/she can be deployed in all these departments. Rooms and subjects can also be assigned to any number of departments.

If no deparment is entered, then this means 'affiliated to all departments'.
