Always at hand: your up-to-date timetable and any important information
Via WebUntis and Untis Mobile app, you always have access to your up-to-date timetable and all important information (e.g. school appointments, homework or the parent-teacher day schedule) no matter where you are.
Adjustments of the timetable such as substitutions, cancellations, room changes or shifts to distance learning are shown on all students’, parents’ and teachers’ smart phones, and everybody involved is immediately informed of any change.
Additionally, you can have a look at the period forecast even without opening the app via a widget.
Sending and receiving WebUntis messages via your smart phone
You can quickly and easily send WebUntis messages* via your smart phone with Untis Mobile app. Communication between teachers, parents and students can take place mobile and either through individual or group messages.

The basic functions in WebUntis and in Untis Mobile app are particularly user-friendly and primarily focused on the special requirements of communication with parents; :

The digital class register is always at hand
You can access the digital class register from different end devices from anywhere – also via Untis Mobile app via a tablet or smart phone.
This way, the presence of students can be checked while you are on an excursion, and can be documented in the digital class register.
Mobile ill reporting of teachers and informing substitutes
The Online substitution planning module – depending on the settings - makes it possible for teachers to report themselves ill directly via our Untis Mobile app and their absence is directly entered into online cover planning.
As soon as an adequate substitute teacher is found, they are immediately informed on the substutition via a push message on their smart phone.
Change a room easily and quickly via your smart phone
You can easily and quickly change a room via your smart phone where you have a good overview of available and occupied rooms. This facilitates and accelerates the process of room administration.
Additionally, everybody is informed on the changes immediately via the mobile timetable.
