Effortless organisation with Untis

Effortless digital organisation of lessons and school appointments helps you keeping everything under control.

Organising lessons and school appointments

Digital class register

The digital class register makes school processes digital.

The digital class register module replaces the paper class register entirely, and paperless organisation is finally here.  All conventional functions and features of a class register  are available, and even more.

Additionally, you can access the digital class register from anywhere from different end devices such as a PC, laptop, tablet or smart phone via our Untis Mobile app. This way, the presence of students can be checked while you are on an excursion, and can be documented in the digital class register.

  • Parent-teacher days and office hours: The Parent-teacher day modul digitalises the organisation of parent-teacher days and office hours.
  • Homework, examinations, tests, etc.: Entering a homework with a deadline, or any examinations and tests helps everybody to keep control over all their appointments and deadlines and new ones can be managed easily.
  • Excursions: Coordinate excursions easily online.

Paper lists are a thing of the past, and it is so much easier to schedule an appointment.

Room and resource management

Digital administration of available rooms and resources always under control.

The Appointment modul digitalises room and resource administration which facilitates and accelerates their management. You can book a room or resources online which helps to better  utilise and make the best use of all rooms and resources.

A sophisticated rights system helps you to have detailed control over  who books what and when, and reports support you in analysing room utilization at your school.
